Latest Update: Phase III Coming Soon

Kesgrave Hall continues to be an exciting joint venture between Milsom Hotels and Hills Group.

Having created a successful formula at Milsoms Dedham, the decision was made to look to extend the brand and Kesgrave Hall was found to be a perfect location.

Jonathan Hills commented: “When I first saw the site, I looked at it with a view to converting into a Residential Care Home, which we have done with various clients in the past. However on discussing the property with Paul Milsom, we decided that it had a great potential to be a new Milsoms but this time in Ipswich. Milsoms Kesgrave Hall was then created”.

The hotel includes 23 spacious bedrooms with a 100-seater restaurant and large expansive terraces overlooking lawns in 40 acres of park and woodland.

Phase 2 completed in late 2009 incorporating further bedrooms and meeting rooms as well as the refurbishment of the “Hanger” which caters for large scale functions up to 300 people.

Phase 3.  Planning permission has been granted for the erection of 7 woodland lodges to provide ancillary accommodation to the existing hotel and restaurant.  Discussions are now taking place on final designs and work will commence in the New Year
