Rowhedge Quay

This development will incorporate a mixture of houses and apartments across the site. Poly-functional buildings and large green areas fronting the river will provide the community with expanses of air and space.

The masterplan has been finalised and the application for Phase 1 of the site is now lodged with Colchester Borough Council. This circa 300 home development will be built in two phases with Phase 2 masterplanning commencing 2nd quarter 2012 with an application being submitted 4th quarter 2012.

The site area totaling more than 55 acres will also incorporate the establishment and protection of conservation areas that everyone can use and enjoy.
