Kesgrave Hall, Kesgrave Ipswich has been purchased by
Milsom Hotels Ltd, Dedham and Hills Group.
This exciting new venture between Milsom Hotels and Hills sees the 19th century listed building developed sympathetically to create ‘milsoms at Kesgrave Hall’. This is based on the highly successful formula at milsoms in Dedham, Essex. milsoms at Kesgrave Hall incorporates a 100 seat bar/restaurant, meeting and private dining facilities, an outside dining area overlooking the 38 acres of park and woodland and 15 spacious bedrooms.

Latest Update: Phase II Complete
“milsoms at Kesgrave Hall” has now been functioning fully since its opening in April 2008 and its success resulted in an urgent demand for additional accommodation. We have therefore converted two existing buildings to provide this new bedroom accommodation.
This project has provided 8 further bedrooms and involved general refurbishment and conversion work to the Science Block and predominantly interior work to the White House.
